It’s time for study!
School can be difficult for lots of us, but it’s big part of our lives. So don’t waste this times. enjoy every moment from this part of your life because it wouldn’t be replied. Even if there’s so much stress about exams, grades, teachers… So how to live not survive throught school ?
Romanticise your study
Have positive mindset, self talk- say to you: study is privilege, is opportunity to move for a better me, it helps me to achieve things I wish for…Education is the biggest and most important investment in your life. So find love in learning new things.
Study regularly and systematically
The key to survive exams without stress, with good grades is hidden in your study. Make sure you have enough time for study, so you can learn everything with time for you.

Have plan
Having plan what and when you’re going to study. You need to learn how to use all your time right.
Make everything organized
Your space, desk, school books, school bags… Use folders, organisers.
Eat well
Try to eat well to have enough energy for school, study. Prepare good snacks to school, so you’ll be excited to take breaks to eat…
Enough sleep
Make your plans to avoid late night study. Sleep is important, it helps you with concentration, memory and rest.
Designated your study
Write aesthetic notes, use colourfully pens. Try to enjoy your study, keep it as something good for you.
Have routine
Make new study habits, do your HW, try to study in natural light, take breaks. Perfect routine should have enough time for study, eat, workout, family/friends, self care and sleep.
Work smart not hard
Use study technique which works best for you. For someone it can be repetition, learning by doing(imagination). Parent’s rule 80:20, Pomodoro- work/break, mind maps…
- it’s not about time while you’re learning, but how you can learn-remember it
Take care of yourself
Try to reduce stress. Be in touch with yourself. Don’t let anybody take light from you. You need to have a big respect and love for yourself if you want to enjoy school.
Mainly after exams, long school days, weeks self-care is nessecary.
Nourish yourself
Drink enough water, take vitamins (B1,6,16, Omega 3, Mg). Move your body– walk, run, home workout, it helps with reduces stress.
Change study place
Sometimes is fun to change place. Go outside, study in coffee, library, park…wherever you’ll be without distraction.
Don’t play victim
Focus on what you can and what you can’t control. If you know about the exam and din’t study bcs. you was lazy, don’t play victim, don’t make excuses but work on yourself for better you. That’s what is all about. Be better, smarter..
You are who you are. Grades says nothing about you. Life is too short for being depressed about school. Life is not about perfections, it’s about trying your best. Try to be prepare for everything, so nothing can surprise you. Don’t let school to make you feel stressed, anxious. Keep on mind what you want from her.
