A perfect morning routine

Good morning !

Morning is the most important part of over day, but steal lot of us forget abot it.

Don’t hit snooze

  • use pretty sound-what you like…the birds
  • set only 1 alarm- so you will know that you have only 1 chance(it’ll build you self trust)
  • put alarm into different room or away from you
  • when you get up, go to bathroom- wash your face, teeth
  • for extra wake up use cold water 🙂

Spread out blinds– let the light begin to shy 🙂

Open the window– for fresh air, to see what’s outside, what weather is.

Make your bad– it gives you productive vibe.

Get ready for the day

Do your skincare, make up, make your hair, use spf.

Puts jewellry on…perfumes, deodorant. Fragrance is so good for your mood.

Don’t go on social media in the morning 

  • Don’t let the foreigners into your head. You don’t need it.
  • Enjoy time with yourself, get ready for the day

Listen your favourite songs

This sets you into good morning mood. You will feel more relaxed and happy.

Look what awaits you

Look what plans you have, or make them. Don’t make too much plans. It puts you into mood that there’s so much to do. Instead of that make few off them, and you will be more excited.

Drink water

When you are hydrate, you don’t feel tired throught the day. Take vitamins, energy shots for extra boost of energy.

Don’t drink coffee

Coffee is not that good for our health, but the coffin wakes you up. Green tea has caffein to-it’s much healthier than coffee and wakes you the same.

The night before

Go sleep early- make sure, you will have enough sleep

Make plans for your next day- you will be excited what plans you have, what you gonna do.

Prepare a clean environment- there’s no better feeling than waking up into clean room.

Don’t skip breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it wakes you up, gives you energy for the day and says that the day start. Use higtly protein meal or make healthy version of breakfast.

Tip: If you don’t have time in the morning to prepare breakfast, prepare them the night before. Also you will be more excited to wake bcs. something is waiting for you.

Morning movement

It could be morning stretchning, exercise or walk. I prefer something slower to wake up my body and prepare for day.

When you going to Work/ school use etc. bike or go by walk, this means that this could be your morning movement. :ň

Positive mindset

You should be excited for another day. Be grateful that you wake up and have power to change something, maybe you, your heart, learn new things…work on your better version.

Wake up at the same time

Even on the weekends. It’s very important for your habits to wake up at the same time. In the night you will be more tired and wanna go to sleep.

That’s some of my tips for better morning. Use what you like, make your own morning routine. Remember life is short so be happy, enjoy your life.
